Parts can be produced from drawings, old samples or information taken during vessel inspection. Supplies are shipped globally – to any destination your vessel trades in. Supply times vary depending on the parts required. JSC “BME Services” can also store items that the client requires on a regular basis in our warehouse, so we always have spares for your vessel in stock. All raw materials and parts are tested for conformity to ensure highest quality.

Steel category is chosen according to the client’s requirements and working conditions. We offer various valves, cone valves, bearings, bushings, etc. Diameter – up to 1000 mm. Various rubber parts manufactured from client’s examples or drawings. The moldings are manufactured for each client, so the range of parts is vast. Rubber parts for the cement industry can also be manufactured from wear resistant styrene butadiene and other numerous elastomers and rubber compounds. They are highly resistant to abrasive/corrosive slurries, powders and granular substances. Our prices are up to 15% lower than the European average.

The full bore sleeves integrate the valves perfectly to the pipeline, eliminating turbulence and minimizing pressure losses. Technologically advanced sleeves guarantee high wear and corrosion resistance, a trouble free operation and extended lifetime. Materials range from wear resistant styrene butadiene to numerous other elastomers and rubber compounds. They are highly resistant to abrasive/corrosive slurries, powders and other granular substances.

HSC and VSC bearings used for dry cement, fly ash, grinded slag, limestone powder and other abrasive materials are designed with easily exchangeable standardized wear linings. The wear linings are manufactured from top quality tungsten carbide. The wear linings can be easily exchanged without removing the shaft, which means that bearing renewal downtime is kept to a minimum.

Standard bearings from various manufacturers (SKF, FAG, NSK, DSK, Russian types) are supplied for various applications. Prices are about 5-10% lower than the industry average. We can also supply DSK bearings – the price is around 40% less than the European average.

Supply of various sensors: level, temperature, vibration, knocking, proximity, RPM sensors. Various manufacturers, all EU made.

Bag and sleeve filters (various imported certified materials, mostly from UK) used in the cement and quarry, metal processing, loose material packing & other industries are manufactured in various measurements, as the filters are sewn according to your specifications. Primary and secondary air filters for cement plant are manufactured from German materials and assembled in Lithuania. Other air filters for the cement industry are available on request.

Various air blowers for marine application. All requirements of the industry: reliability, low maintenance, long life, corrosion resistance, heavy duty construction, and the flow and pressure capability in a compact package come together in our marine duty fans.Steel, stainless steel and aluminum are used.

Marine oil coolers are fitted with bronze covers which are highly corrosion resistant and therefore suitable for use with sea water. The range of hydraulic oil and water coolers are suitable for use with deck machinery, bow thrusters, power steering, etc. The coolers can also be mounted as additional cooling systems.

Stainless steel pipes, elbows and joints are pre-fabricated according to your measurements in our workshop, delivered in sections for easy transportation and installed on-board. Installation teams are available for your convenience.

Hoses for cement industry are manufactured in China. We supply special hoses for dry cement loading/offloading (abrasive conditions) and standard hoses for the dredging industry.

The set includes parts manufactured from black metal (galvanized or chromed) or stainless steel and various rubber parts (nylon or polyurethane can also be used). Valves for other applications are also available.

Various engine spare parts for MAN, SCANIA engines are supplied. We can also supply analog parts that are manufactured in Europe. We also supply various air and oil filters for MAN and Scania engines at a very competitive price.
